Step through the doors of Manon and be instantly greeted by the romance of a bustling and boisterous European brasserie. Character and ambiance ushers you in with the quaint chatter of guests, frothing of milk, popping of corks, and a sympathy of sounds emitting from the pass.

Occupying the former Jett Café site, Manon will present focused and sophisticated menu offerings framed by notions of elevated French brasseries – as overseen by French-born head chef Thomas Boisselier and hospitality veterans Marco Ambrosino and Manny Spinola.

Manon’s menus reflect the evolution of the restaurant throughout the day, with a focus on French brasserie fare served with a level of sophistication and authenticity. It means a breakfast menu with the likes of egg meurette, crab on toast, pain perdu (French toast) and croque madame as well as fresh pain baguette (paninis) and viennoiseries (pastries) among other a la carte options. Lunch and dinner service includes a raw bar with oysters shucked to order and a caviar offering. Dishes span saucisson briochè, bone marrow tartine, meurette, steak frites and more.

The dinner menu further builds on the lunch menu with evening-only dishes such as crab bisque souffle, beef Wellington, canard a l’orange and a whole sole meunière. The dessert menu heroes French classics including vanilla souffle and ile flottante.

Open 7 days, 6am until late and offering breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, Manon will also offer a late-night supper service on Fridays and Saturdays, with coffee and takeaway viennoiseries (pastries) and pain baguette (paninis) available from 6am.

The venue will accommodate 60 inside and 80 outside.

Make your next moment Manon – beautiful memories, timeless location.

Located on Ground Floor, Druitt St End.
