  • Parking payment should be made at the pay station before returning to your vehicle. Pay stations are located on each level of the car park.
  • Credit card payments can be made at the car park exit.
  • Cash and all major credit cards are only accepted.
  • There is no facility to accept EFTPOS payments.

What payment methods are available when parking at the QVB?

The car park accepts cash and all major credit cards. Cheques and EFTPOS payments are not accepted. Payment should be made at the pay station before returning to your vehicle. Pay stations are located on each level of the car park. Credit card payments are available at the car park exit.

I’ve lost my parking ticket — what do I do?

Wilson Parking’s lost ticket policy reserves the right to charge patrons the maximum daily fee if the parking ticket is lost. However, if the patron later finds the ticket, they will be entitled to a refund of the balance of the lost ticket fee paid less the actual parking fee due provided they present to the car park manager the original lost ticket and the receipt issued by the cashier for the lost ticket fee.

What is the maximum vehicle clearance for the car park?

The maximum height clearance for vehicles entering and parking in the car park is 1.90 metres. For the QVB Loading Dock the maximum height clearance is 3.6 metres. To contact the loading dock phone 02 9265 6862.

Car Wash

Star Car Wash is located on the Valet Parking level (P3) of the car park. Enjoy the convenience of having your car washed while you visit the QVB. Simply drop your vehicle at the Valet Car Park office for all Car Wash services.
