The Concierge Desk is located near the centre dome on Ground Floor. The friendly team are more than happy to provide you with centre directions, general information and a city map to assist you around town.

Explore the fascinating history of the QVB by joining one of our regular guided tours.  Learn about the history of the building from design and conception, through its life as Sydney Markets, its refurbishment and life today as a bustling shopping centre.  Discover the splendid architecture featured throughout the building with the majestic centre dome, glorious stained glass windows and clocks as your major highlights.
